Email contact
The form on this static website does not send data to the website. When you select “Prepare the email”, your own email application creates a draft message. Any subsequent processing concerns a contact request sent to the firm.
Purposes: responding to the request, assessing whether the firm can assist and arranging a consultation.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject’s request and, depending on the circumstances, the firm’s legitimate interest in managing communications.
Recipients: the firm and authorised service providers where necessary.
Retention: determined according to the nature of the request and the professional obligations that apply.
Connection data
The website is hosted by OVH. Like any hosting service, OVH generates and retains technical logs that may include the IP address, connection date and time, requested resource and information relating to errors or security. This processing supports the operation, availability and security of the infrastructure; the firm does not use it for advertising purposes.
For further information, read the OVHcloud privacy policy.
Cookies, local storage and trackers
The website’s code does not place advertising cookies, audience measurement cookies or third-party trackers. It embeds no analytics service, advertising pixel, third-party video or font loaded from an external service.
The information banner shown on the first visit does not request consent because the website uses no non-essential trackers. When you close it, a strictly technical value is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key droit-ntic-cookie-info-dismissed-v1. Its sole purpose is to prevent the banner from being displayed on every page. It is not transmitted to the firm or OVH and remains until browsing data is deleted or the mechanism is updated.
Links to external services or publications do not allow those websites to place trackers until you open the link. Once an external website is opened, its own policy applies.
If an analytics service, embedded video or other tracker were added in the future, this policy and the consent mechanism would be updated before activation. See the French Data Protection Authority’s information on cookies and trackers.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, object to certain processing or exercise your right to data portability where applicable. Send requests to julien@droit-ntic.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
Security and confidentiality
Technical and organisational measures must reflect the nature of the information processed. In an initial message, please do not send sensitive data or documents that are unnecessary to understand the request.
